About You
The Lecturer, Indigenous Health is expected to contribute to teaching and research efforts of the School in the Health discipline (eg nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy or related areas). More specifically, you will be responsible for carrying out teaching activities within undergraduate, Masters and Graduate Diploma programs and for maintaining and advancing your scholarly, research and/or professional capabilities.
You will also be expected to actively promote the program by establishing and maintaining memberships, links and partnerships with academic, industry and professional communities within the Health sector.
You will be expected to work collaboratively and collegially with fellow academics within the teaching team, and update colleagues and students on developments in their subject area or specialisation. You will also be responsible for course coordination when required.
To be successful in this position, you will have the following:
Must be of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage.
A demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the historical and contemporary issues affecting Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people
Evidence of teaching and research expertise in the health field and course coordination as required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish effective relationships with staff, students and industry. This includes experience in both student engagement and community engagement and working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander staff and students.
Demonstrated high level capability and commitment to continue to develop cultural competency.
Ability to prepare and deliver programs at undergraduate and post-graduate levels, including online delivery, and the ability to produce high quality health related curriculum or program materials.

Emerging track record and recognition for quality research outputs which will contribute to existing Discipline and School health based research areas evidenced by publications, development of new research initiatives, competitive research funding, and industry links.

About You
The Senior Learning Designer plays a crucial role in supporting the Subject Matter Experts within the Joint Logistics Command of the Australian Defence Force. They are responsible for designing and developing training and assessment content for a range of Defence training programs through the Defence LMS. About You
The Learning & Teaching Support Senior Officer serves as a pivotal link between students, faculty, and administrative units within the college, ensuring the seamless delivery of academic programs and support services. This role requires a blend of administrative acumen, academic expertise, and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment. This role will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure program review, development, renewal, and amendment activities relating to new program or course proposals, as well as change in programs and course information and course guides are correct and complete at key publishing milestones. In addition, you will assist with events and in the delivery of enrichment activities including orientation, club and society support, administration, and other co-curricular activities, as well support for Student Staff Consultative Committees.
To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the proven ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of management, staff and external parties on complex, sensitive and confidential issues. Ability to convey information to students from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
Excellent planning, organisation and project management skills.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the tertiary education sector.
Excellent IT skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel. Contemporary knowledge of digital and online technologies.

About You
As a Nursing Teacher at RMIT, you will be mainly responsible for the delivery of course material within the Diploma of Nursing, assessing students and the supervision of students enrolled in selected courses in the School. Participation in the School’s continuing reviews of course content and development, delivery, teaching methods (including on-line delivery methods) and methods of students’ assessment will also form part of this role.
