DCAZ is the Bosch Rexroth (DC) Regional Sales Unit ASEAN & Oceania, comprising seven legal entities spanning from Thailand to New Zealand.
The role DCAZ/ILC is responsible for supporting all topics related to the Internal Control System (ICS) implementation in DCAZ, especially ensuring the proper conduct of Detective Controls (DCs) in the assigned region.
The Internal Control Officer, reporting directly to the head of DCAZ/ILC, contributes to ensure efficient and compliant processes in DCAZ in line with internal norms, regulations and guidelines. Deviations are efficiently detected and risks are effectively mitigated. The Internal Control Officer takes care of various tasks in the Internal Controls Process, ranging from Detective Controls, supporting Monitoring Procedures and other checking processes, as well as following up on improvement measures and deviation findings.
The Internal Control Officer additionally supports the head of DCAZ/ILC in giving input to update and define regional and local guidelines regarding the DCAZ Internal Controls System.
The Internal Control Officer contributes not only to preventing unjustified outflows of funds but also ensures adherence to legal principles, thus contributing to the overall success, reputation and integrity of DCAZ.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute detective controls for individual country units in line with local, regional and central directives
• Discuss internal control findings and deviations with Country Unit management, follow-up on corrective measure implementation and its effectiveness
• Consolidate findings and measures to Sales Unit management timely and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate to conduct monitoring procedures in line with check-the-checker principles (ensuring 4-eye principle for ICS)
• Support Basic-rule company (BrC) special governance framework, incl. risk management reviews and self-assessments
• Other temporary or project tasks

• Support to localized marketing materials (landing pages, catalogues, articles)
• Translating and writing PR articles for external magazines & brochures
• Support to organize marketing events (Trade Fair, Seminar, Customer Training, Sales Meeting…)
• Support video production: pre-production, filming and editing
• Follow guideline to design for marketing materials (banner, backdrop, standee, brochure,…) & manage POSMs stock

• Create sales orders on SAP system, liaise with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Processing all sales-related paperwork, sales reports as requested by the supervisor.

As an International Trade Compliance Analyst, you will perform the following duties:

The Assistant Inspector General for Audit is responsible for overseeing the Audit Division and audit engagements that involve all DOJ programs and operations. If selected for this position, you will gain access to invaluable work experience as part of a well-respected team that is responsible for conducting audit, evaluations and special reviews that address DOJ high-priority and sensitive subject areas. This position will also provide some administrative support to the division. Formal and/or on-the-job training will be provided as needed. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Your duties may include:

• Identifying data required for use in the management and direction of programs.
• Coordinating assigned activities in support of program operations.
• Identifying various resources (e.g. staffing equipment) required to support program operations.
• Researching and investigating new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations.

At the full performance level, major duties include:

• Directs and/or participates in nationwide or regional internal control reviews of Washington, Regional, and Field Territories, identifying efficient and effective business practices and identifying areas where operations are weak and improvements are required. 
• Designs, develops, and implements visitation guidelines to insure a thorough, consistent, impartial, and accurate review of operations and report of review findings.
• Conducts program compliance and performance reviews, management control reviews, and evaluations of the Division’s operations.  Conducts interviews, gathers facts and other data, reviews a wide variety of records and reports, analyzes data, and develops conclusions and recommendations that are supported by data, documentation and facts. 
• Prepares and presents reports, briefings, and summaries to the Assistant Director, Internal Control and Review Section, and senior-level management officials within and outside the Division on the findings, trends, and observations developed from all internal control review activities conducted of the Division’s operations.
• Serves as RMS’s liaison, and coordinates on audits, reviews, surveys, evaluations, and information requests from the Office of Risk Management & Internal Control, Office of Inspector General, and the Government Accountability Office.  Assists in developing responses to proposed recommendations.
