Your new role.
Your new role will include all aspects of lesson planning and preparation. You will deliver to Year 3 pupils and follow the values and standards of the school. You will be engaging in and monitoring behaviour management in a variety of ways and incorporating a myriad of Behaviour for Learning methods. You will be ensuring pupil engagement and differentiating material to suit attainment needs. You will be required to collaborate with other staff members to boost student engagement. You will work closely with school SENCo and Pastoral teams to provide tracking information and support information to SLT teams. You will be given CPD opportunities in line with the school calendar.

How You’ll Succeed
Research – As Research Associate the incumbent will work closely with Research Analysts covering Metals & Mining, Precious and Base Metals sectors. The Associate will develop a depth of knowledge in financial analysis, covered industries and the capital markets. In the role, they will gain valuable experience in gathering information, researching companies and industries leveraging primary, secondary and alternative sources, and recognizing and analyzing industry trends. The associate will also be active writing reports, as well as developing and maintaining financial models and databases and will assist in writing thematic reports. Who You Are
You have an accounting designation or an MBA (with a strong component of finance-based course work). Please include a writing sample along with your cover letter, resume and transcripts (if recent graduate)
You can demonstrate experience in Accounting/Finance and/or Mining industry. Previous Capital markets experience is preferred, but not required. You must have a passion or strong interest in Capital Markets

Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic

What you can expect:
Direct Patient Care. Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment.
Our PCTs care for multiple patients.
Technician Duties. To monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles.
Building long-term relationships with your patients who are suffering from end stage renal disease and are receiving treatment on average 3 times/week. You will also be responsible for educating patients on Kidney Dialysis related topics.
Team. Cross functional team of clinicians including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers and leadership. PCTs work under the supervision of a RN.
