HR Responsibilities:

1. Handle full spectrum of payroll process.
2. Manage time attendance system and review timesheets for payroll processing.

4. Create, maintain, and update all leave records, including all government leave claim submission.
5. Administer employee’s work injury related matters and employee medical insurance claims.

8. Manage tax clearance (IR21) and annual income tax submission (IR8A).

The Administration Officer is responsible to provide quality customer service to stakeholders, administration support to Curtin Singapore staff.

DUTIES:

· Dealing with enquiries from students and the general public via telephone, voicemail, fax, email and in person in a timely and professional manner

· Providing appropriate responses, services or referrals and reporting of enquiries to relevant staff where appropriate

· Provide accurate information and assistance to all stakeholders

BIM Modeller Engineer

HQ location: Ubi Avenue, East

To manage and coordinate production of quality shop drawings and BIM model in all project assigned under his/her responsibility with minimal supervision.

• To produce 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Office or the Client’s Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved.
• The secondary role includes developing technical plans, sections, details and 2D/3D schematic diagrams using AutoCAD and in-house software.
• Accountable for the fluent / organised presentation, content correctness / accuracy of shop drawings production in form, fit and function through thorough coordinates with other trades and services in 2D submission.
• Responsible to ensure full compliance to company’s Shop Drawings Standard Operation Procedure, including adherence of design provision / scope of work according to contractual obligations.
• Generate clash report based on the Matrix provided
