About the role
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our Empty Homes Team covering our homes in Crewe, Cheshire and the surrounding areas. You must be a qualified Joiner and also show a level of competence in other trades. This is a permanent vacancy working full time 39 hours per week Monday - Friday. The role is paying £36,088 per annum + £1,000 welcome bonus* candidates must live within the local area to be able to reach all locations in a timely manner.

About the role
We currently have a Roofers Mate vacancy within Guinness Property to be based in Crawley. The successful candidate will have previous roofing experience and be comfortable working at heights.

To be considered for this post you will need to live within 30 minutes commute of the working area to ensure we can get to our customers in a timely manner. This is a full-time permanent vacancy working 39 hours per week Monday - Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00am-3:30pm on Friday.

About the role

We currently have a new opportunity for a Regional Head of Service based in Oldham. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be accountable for the delivery of repairs and empty homes maintenance, ensuring a safe, reliable and efficient service is delivered on a regional scale.

Providing visible leadership and management to the area teams, you will manage, design, and implement efficient business processes that deliver great customer service, drive customer satisfaction improvements, and support the protection and safety of our employees and customers. You will also be responsible for the overall P&L and budget for the region, ensuring close monitoring of spend across all activities and fostering a culture of value for money. We have a permanent opportunity for an Independent Living Advisor to join our team in Swindon. Reporting to the Independent Living Manager, you will be responsible for providing an intensive housing management service to our customers. This will include developing successful customer relationships, assisting prospective customers to view properties and settle into their accommodation, assisting in tenancy management matters and ensuring customers understand their rights and responsibilities in accordance with their tenancy agreement.

You will also assist customers to access correct housing benefit assistance or financial advice to pay rent/service charges, complete referrals for assistive technology, aids and adaptations which will help to maintain customer independence. About the role
The Guinness Partnership has an exciting new opportunity for an Area Housing Manager (Extra Care) to oversee and monitor the delivery of housing management services in Guinness Extra Care housing across the South West.

About the role:
We have a 6 month fixed term contract opportunity, for a Customer Liaison Officer which will be based in the South & West regions of London.

The Customer Liaison Team consists of a dedicated team of Customer Liaison Officers, all working hard to provide an amazing customer focused service. As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will provide a friendly Housing Management Service to your customers in a defined area. You will be the face of Guinness and your key responsibility will be to provide an accessible face-to-face service to both our homeowners and rental customers.

You will work in a mobile way, out in the area meeting customers all the time. You will work closely with Estate Services and other Guinness teams to get things done quickly and efficiently to achieve positive outcomes for both Guinness and our customers.

Guinness Property are expanding our team in the South West and have a new opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our Empty Homes Team covering Guinness homes in Exeter and the surrounding areas. This is a full time, permanent vacancy, working 39 hours per week.

Candidates must also have basic skills in other area's such as plumbing, plastering & decorating, and must live within 10 miles of Exeter to be able to reach all the locations in a timely manner. You must have a full UK driving licence as you will be issued with a company van.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a field-based, Safe Neighbourhood Officer to join our new Safe Neighbourhoods and Support Service on a full-time, permanent basis. This is to cover our homes in Crewe, Cheshire, Greater Manchester and areas in the North West region.

You will manage and investigate Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases in hotspot areas covering a regional geographical area. There will be travel involved with this role.

You will be proactive and pursue preventative measures establishing strong working relationships with the local police, local authority and other agencies to deliver prevention projects. You will work with customers where there is a complex ASB case.

You will work closely with the ASB & Legal Officers based at our Bower House Office (Oldham) to attend regional courts for initial hearings. You will provide Court representation for lower level legal work such as injunctions; no access cases and straightforward possession.

You will be provided accredited mediation training, if applicable, and be required to provide mediation where the need is identified.

The successful candidate needs excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ASB prevention projects in hotspot areas
• To carry out thorough and effective investigations
• To adopt a victim centre approach when dealing with ASB, keeping individuals and communities safe
• Identify vulnerability at the earliest opportunities and escalate this to our Safeguarding Team
• Provide high level of customer service in line with Guinness's Customer Service Standards
• Take ownership of allocated cases in accordance with Guinness's policies and procedures
• Attend Court hearings for injunctions and NOSPs to achieve positive outcomes
• Build local partnerships across local authorities and external agencies to ensure available tools and powers to address ASB are utilised
• Provide a mediation service to reduce ASB between neighbours
• Identify and support Continuous Improvements
• Work together with other team members to innovate and deliver right first-time services

Skills and Experience

Essential:

• Good knowledge of relevant legislation and current best practice
• Good attention to detail, maintaining accurate records within agreed service levels and targets
• Able to prioritise to meet changing demands
• Self-motivated with the ability to plan and work effectively without high levels of supervision
• Excellent oral and written communications
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to demonstrate Guinness behavioural competencies
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle

Desirable:

• Experience of delivering targeted ASB prevention projects
• Experience of working in the housing or property sector
