About This Role:

1. Perform regular remote communication to dealerships within assigned territory to:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with key dealership personnel (Dealer Principal, General Manager, Finance Manager, Parts Manager and Service Manager)
• Increase awareness of credit product by meeting virtually with prospective dealerships and non-engaged personnel within participating dealerships
• Coordinate virtual credit card product and promotion training sessions for new dealers and/or dealer employees; performing training if required
• Maintain regular contact schedule with participants, prospects and partner field management to ensure consistent/increased production
• Meet production and growth requirements and objective

2. Regularly partner with regional sales teams within partner, and partner-vendor organizations to secure new dealer agreements, and increase engagement from existing dealers

3. Participate in National and regional partner tradeshows/events, and applicable field organization meetings to promote the credit card program

4. Ensure any compliance issues are addressed with dealers within territory

5. Some travel may be required to visit high opportunity dealers in assigned territory (possibly once per quarter)

6.　Document results and duties in Salesforce and other documentation as needed

7. Complete all required administrative work (timecards, reporting, calendars, etc.) in a thorough and timely manner

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Basic Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required

2. Minimum of three (3) years of external sales experience required

                3. Ability to work independently, in home office

3. Must live in the continental US, preferably near a major airport

Additional Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred

2. Three (3) years of dealership, auto/auto aftermarket, or credit card experience preferred

3. Account management experience preferred

4. Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

5. Working knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce

Incumbent should reside in continental US

Customer Persona:

The Community Banking Relationship Manager will manage portfolio relationships matching the skills, knowledge, and experience of the RM to the needs of the customers in their geography framework. A summary of the customer persona is detailed below:

• Deliver an Uncommon Understanding for customers and providing advice and value based on the customers financial needs and goals by;

• Be accountable for managing a portfolio of 50 relationships averaging $50M loans

2.  Business Development Activities:

• • Build a portfolio of business customers by delivering advice and value. Build centers of influence (attorney, accountants, and other needed referral sources).
  • RMs will guide, direct and facilitate solutions across all product specialties of the bank for their business customers.
  • Participate and be involved as an active community member.
  • Identify new business customer opportunities and solutions aligned to match customer needs.
  • Oversee portfolio quality focused on growth and retention in line with credit risk.
  • Facilitate product partners and support teams based on customer needs.
  • Negotiate terms and options with customer.
  • Qualify and document opportunities.
  • Set expectations with customer regarding timeline and product document requirements.
  • Leverage technology and tools consistently for data quality.
  • Use sales and prospecting tools and processes, effectively.

3.  Cross Functional Working Relationships: Partner with others across the diverse footprint of the enterprise to optimize referral opportunities to meet the needs of the business customer.

• Proficiently navigate and operate physical security technology ranging from enterprise access control systems and alarm monitoring platforms to various business intelligence sources, open-source media, network video management applications and internet and internal collaborative tools.

• A.A.S. or bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, or equivalent physical security operations experience.
• ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP) Certification
