· Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Process Engineering;

• Responsible to configure, setup, design process sequences, troubleshoot, and fine-tune processes on projects using FASA applications or help to develop them.
• Responsible for carry-out machine on-site setup and buy-off process.
• Act as a lead for core efforts such as setup, troubleshooting, and buy-off project using established procedures.
• Contribute to documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in semiconductor process and engineering knowledge with a demonstrated understanding of troubleshooting at a high level.
• Have good experience in writing programs for flow control with motors, DIOs, and TCP/IP or RS232 communication in some machines.
• Have the experience to plan and design all flow control, Interlock, and data process by the database system.
• Experience as a team or project lead.

Job Description

1. Financial Operations Management
   • Timely and accurate closure of production orders.
   • Responsible for inventory and fixed asset management.
2. Financial Reporting and Analysis
   • Prepare relevant balance sheet and profit & loss schedules.
   • Ensure all transactions are accounted for in accordance with FRS.
   • Month-end close process, including journal entry preparations, balance sheet reconciliations, and analytics.
   • Accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
   • Compile and analyse financial information for monthly and yearly financial statements.
3. Tax and Compliance
   • Support in preparation of tax schedules for filing.
   • Responsible for annual statutory audit preparation, ensuring compliance with local government regulations.
   • Prepare and maintain subsidiary company accounts.
4. Forecasting and Cash Management
   • Prepare monthly cash flow forecast reports.
5. General Responsibilities
   • Ensure financial records are maintained according to accepted policies and procedures.
   • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Experience
   • 3 to 5 years in general accounting roles, including full sets of accounts, financial analysis, and cash management.
   • Preferably 2 years of audit and tax experience.
2. Education and Certification

o Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
