• Experience with Systems/Platform Engineering
• Hands-on experience with a cloud platform (AWS or Azure)
• Demonstrated experience in effectively managing Linux systems (CentOS/RHEL, Amazon Linux etc.)
• Understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DHCP and DNS, NTP) and diagnostic tools (tcpdump/ethtool)
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code solutions, e.g. Terraform, Cloudformation, Troposphere, AWS CDK, etc.
• One or more AWS/Azure Certifications preferred (not mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Python and Rest API's is strongly preferred.
• Solid experience with No-SQL/SQL-based database is preferred.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools preferred (Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity)
• Exposure to Infrastructure and Application monitoring tools (Zenoss, Elastic Search, New Relic, DataDog etc)
• Exposure to container and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos) is preferred
• Verbal and written fluency in Mandarin
