Job Summary:
The Part-Time Accounting & Admin Assistant will play a key role in supporting our finance team with bookkeeping and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, with accounting experience and strong multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties

• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor and manage petty cash and expense claims.

Administrative Duties

• Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and document filing.
• Maintain office supplies and handle inventory orders as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and team events.
• Support HR tasks such as employee documentation and leave management.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping; additional administrative experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information on products and services.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documents.

• Maintain product and price lists and keep the sales team updated on new inventory and promotions.

Job Summary:
The AV Installation Assistant/Engineer will work closely with our skilled installation team to set up and configure audio-visual systems for our clients. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for AV technology, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist/ conduct in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV systems, including home theaters, audio systems, and other AV equipment.
• Help in / conduct cutting ceilings, running and organizing cabling, wiring, and mounting of equipment.
• Ensure the proper setup, alignment, and calibration of equipment for optimal performance.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies required for installations.
• Assist in testing systems post-installation to verify functionality and quality.
• Provide support in educating clients on basic system operation and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in AV installation, electrical work, or technical support is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of AV systems, components, and wiring (preferred).
• Ability to use basic hand tools and follow installation instructions accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to lift equipment and work on ladders as required.

Reports To: Operations Manager

The Inventory & Warehouse and Asset Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of inventory and warehouse management, as well as overseeing facilities maintenance and optimization. This role ensures the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, while also maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Additionally, the role includes managing facility needs to ensure a productive and safe workspace for all staff.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records, addressing discrepancies promptly.
• Implement and manage inventory tracking systems to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and reduce loss.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely reordering of stock and materials.
• Supervise warehouse staff and monitor their activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in line with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Asset & Facilities Management

• Manage and oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for Asset & facilities services such as cleaning, pest control, and security.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Handle facility-related requests from staff and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain an inventory of facility supplies and equipment, ensuring their availability and upkeep.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve facilities management processes and enhance workplace efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, warehouse operations, and facilities maintenance.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehousing and facilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the industry, e.g., wholesale, retail, distribution, AudioVisual ].

• Design and develop custom graphical user interface (GUI) on control system touch panels and operational manuals.
• Configure IP addressable devices such as routers, switches, servers.

• Diploma in a technology related field or equivalent AV work experience.

• Prefer a current programming certification from a major AV control equipment manufacturer such as Savant, Control4, Crestron, Extron, AMX or similar.
• Experience with control of audio DSP configuration software and control of major equipment manufacturers.
• Experience with TCP/IP networks as related to control systems and IP-based signal transport.
