Service and Project Management Responsible for the operational management and coordination of the core professional support and development services delivered across the workforce arm of the Medical Directors Office, including medical appraisal and revalidation, job planning, and performance based reward schemes. To develop, establish and oversee the maintenance of robust and integrated service management and administrative systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the services across the Trust. THE ROLE:

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well qualified candidate to manage the day to day running of the library and oversee its development as a key component in the school’s teaching and learning environment. Duties will include managing the issuing and returning of the library stock, providing support for cataloguing of new material to the library collection, managing the library management system (Access it) and supporting its use, helping library users find material to meet their needs and encouraging pupils and staff in using the library through supporting a range of library-based activities.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience of working within an educational/library environment, organised and efficient administration and IT skills, the ability to maintain positive relationships with pupils and other adults and the ability to work unsupervised, use your own initiative and make appropriate decisions.

We are seeking to recruit cleaning operatives to work within our Services for Schools team. The role is responsible for providing cleaning services to schools within the borough of Bolton. You will be required to undertake general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and toilet cleaning.

The City of Doncaster Council are seeking up to 5 passionate and dedicated Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs) to join their Adult Social Care and Support team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by providing vital mental health support and statutory social work services to adults aged 18 and over. With both full-time and part-time opportunities available, this role offers flexibility to suit your career needs while allowing you to play a key role in delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil statutory AMHP duties under Section 114 of the Mental Health Act 1983, ensuring compliance with legal and policy requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the process of Mental Health Act assessments, acting as a statutory decision-maker on behalf of Doncaster Council.
• Respond promptly to safeguarding adult referrals received out of hours, assessing and arranging necessary services to protect at-risk individuals.
• Prepare accurate, evidence-based reports for use in legal and professional contexts, such as AMHP or Social Circumstance Reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure effective service delivery and positive outcomes for service users.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Degree in Social Work or equivalent, with registration with Social Work England.
• Experience: Proven experience in AMHP roles, including triaging, coordinating, and conducting Mental Health Act assessments. Experience in Care Act assessments and safeguarding inquiries is also essential.
• Knowledge: Advanced understanding of relevant legislation, including the Mental Health Act 1983 (amended 2007), Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Human Rights Act 1998.
• Skills: Strong analytical, decision-making, and report-writing skills, with a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults.

Skill base requirements:

Experience

• Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of Fire and Security Systems with preferred knowledge in CCTV systems
