The APAC Commercial Director will serve as a critical leader in driving Inari’s mission to transform patient outcomes through innovation in venous thromboembolism (VTE) therapies. This role integrates strategic oversight of high-growth distributor markets (India, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam), where the Director holds full P&L responsibility, with commercial and marketing support for broader APAC markets, including China, Japan, and ANZ. The Director will be a key conduit in aligning Inari’s global objectives with local market dynamics, fostering relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders, and executing strategic market development.
APAC Regional Commercial & Marketing Leadership:
1. Serve as the primary leader for all commercial and marketing initiatives in key APAC markets such as China, Japan, and ANZ, ensuring product adoption and market penetration.
2. Tailor global marketing strategies to local healthcare systems and regulatory environments, ensuring alignment with both Inari’s mission and regional needs.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and referring physicians (ER, oncology, hematology, OBGYN, orthopedics) to drive awareness and referral pathways for VTE treatment.
4. Lead physician education programs and live case support to ensure healthcare providers are trained and equipped to deliver life-saving interventions with Inari’s devices.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams—marketing, clinical, regulatory, and finance—to align regional marketing efforts with global business goals and ensure successful product launches.
6. Drive market development initiatives, enhancing awareness and adoption of VTE therapies in target markets.
Distributor Markets Management (P&L Ownership):
1. Oversee commercial performance in distributor-led markets, including India, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam, holding full P&L responsibility for these regions.
2. Collaborate with distributors to develop tailored commercial strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure successful product adoption within these markets.
3. Provide distributors with the marketing support, tools, and training needed to effectively promote Inari’s devices while regularly reviewing performance to optimize market execution.
4. Lead market-entry strategies for new countries in the distributor region, ensuring regulatory readiness and alignment with Inari’s broader market expansion goals.
