As a Global Marketing Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our technology and the global research community, working closely with our sales to shape the Singleron story worldwide.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You must be agile, able to work independently, and skilled at managing the expectations of diverse stakeholders. A knack for prioritizing tasks and adapting quickly to changing plans will be crucial to your success.
This role will be located in Singapore.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with regional business leaders to ensure alignment and execute cross-functional sales and marketing strategies.
- Plan and coordinate events such as field marketing initiatives, seminars, and roadshows across APAC.
- Support marketing activities in other key global markets, including Europe and the US.
- Work with partners and distributors to develop co-marketing initiatives.
- Utilize digital channels (social media, webinars, websites) and traditional marketing methods to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor lead flow and campaign performance, optimizing for maximum return on investment.
- Lead regional product launches, including readiness reviews, sales and distributor training, and adapting global promotional materials for local markets.
- Based on a solid understanding of the underlining technology, develop global and regional marketing collateral that supports campaigns and sales efforts.
- Build and refine Singleron’s brand identity across different regions, aligning messaging with customer needs and our product’s unique value propositions.
- Track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and continually refine strategies based on data.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a good understanding of genomics
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience in life sciences/CRO industry
- Experience leading and executing cross-functional, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to use data to drive strategy and improve results.
- Strong scientific communication skills.
- Meticulous with attention to detail.
- Excellent project management and personal time management abilities.
- Expertise in digital marketing.
- Passion for what you do.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
- Internal communication skills to drive alignment and action.
- PhD in a biological science.
- Experience in SEO/Google Ads/paid campaigns.
