• Proven experience (3 years++) in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling and processing all aspects for construction payables, to include payment tracking.

Performs routine maintenance work on the equipment and recommends equipment setup improvements. Responsible for controlling and monitoring maintenance processes for issues in accordance with organizational requirements. The technician contributes to productivity improvements and is responsible for taking the initiative to implement corrective action. He/she must have team spirit and be able to interact with others to ensure all issues are resolved appropriately and efficiently, while complying with workplace Safety and Health requirements.

• Record equipment performance in assigned lines.
• Conduct routine equipment cleaning and inspection activities.

• Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functional equipment used in manufacturing process and maintain optimum equipment performance.
