Job Scope

· Performs cost estimates and analysis for potential projects that have been selected for tender.

• Advice and assist, whenever possible, complaints beyond the Corporation's purview, i.e. individual units
• Attend to any emergency or incident within an appropriate response time frame. Raise POs and keep track of works done due to complaints by residents
• Engage and attend to complaints from residents professionally and properly and to ensure every complaint from residents is directed back to them respectively with closure
