Responsibilities.

Prepare quotation upon receiving RFQ from customer’s base on the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and annually quantity (EAU).
Attend discussion with CPM group which include Costing & Product Development team for Technical query (TQ) preparation upon receiving 3D drawing from customer.
Prepare special report on the quotation for customer if requested.
Notify Product Development, Costing or Sourcing Section if price code higher compare to the first quotation submission.
Liaising with customers and follow-up on the submission quotation. 
To confirm TQ with customers once award from customers. 
Create official code such as internal coding, price maintenance in system (SAP).
To coordinate for FA meeting with all internal various department i.e. Production, Purchasing including Sourcing, QA, Costing, PD & others upon received the confirm award from customers.
To brief on the update on the TQ has raise before to the entire group. 
Log-in drawing after internal drawing completed by Process department. Submission of TQ updates data from customer to internal department if any.
Follow-up to ensure part is ship out accordingly to the date line.
Follow the Company’s environmental policy and procedures and comply with any environmental related legal or regulatory requirement.
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

1. Liaising with customer on the confirm purchase order.

2. Generating standard order by using System (SAP) upon received purchase order from  customer.

The Role (Role Profile)

Leading on employment policy and practice to assist the Service in meeting the strategic aims by having lead responsibility for developing policy, guidance and process for pay, people policies and terms and conditions of employment.

What You Will Be Working On

As lead, you’ll work proactively and collaboratively with key stakeholder groups to ensure that policies and practices are updated to reflect statutory, legislative or Service driven changes. You’ll have experience of developing new policies as well as reviewing existing policies and their supporting materials.

You must be able to show an exceptionally good knowledge and understanding of employment law and the ability to interpret legal advice and legislation, as well as being able to work with Trade Unions or Staff Groups.

• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.

Experience:

Job Description

• Provide professional and personalised facial and massage treatments to an exclusive clientele of mostly hotel guests. This includes answering the telephone, greeting guests in reception, performing, treatments, and assisting with post-treatment sales and rebooking.
• Assisting guests in selecting their treatment, checking for contraindications, and explaining the treatment requirements or procedures – especially if the guest has not had a spa treatment before.
• Ensuring personal proficiency in all treatments offered in the menu, including: facials, massage, body treatments, manicures, pedicures & waxing. Also must have a good working knowledge of any packages and all spa facilities & equipment.Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility
• Having a good personal knowledge of all skin care, body and spa products, and is able to use and prescribe products appropriately.
• Build and establish good customer relationship

Requirements

• Possess CIBTAC/CIDESCO/ITEC or relevant certifications
• Minimum 3 years or relevant experience from spas where high standards are enforced

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
• Process all types of payment such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
• Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns courteously and professionally.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of work experience in a similar capacity; relevant experience in a 5-star hotel is preferred.
• GCE N/O Levels or fresh graduates in Hospitality/ Tourism Management
• Intermediate computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken, written and electronic)
• Demonstrate independence, responsibility and accountability
• Able to work rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
