Job responsibilities:

• Ensures all transactions are properly recorded and entered the computerised accounting system.
• Perform data analysis for audit and tax submission in an accurate and timely manner.

Job Description :

• To manage & monitor the maintenance and repair activities for all maintenance discipline (Inspection, Rotating, Static, Electrical & Instrumentations) to ensure continues serviceability, reliability, and safe Terminal operation.
• Continuously review, evaluate, and enhance the effectiveness of maintenance programme (Preventive, predictive) to minimize the equipment breakdown and optimize the maintenance cost through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). 
• To consolidate, review and monitor annual OPEX and sustainability CAPEX budget for Maintenance Section and ensure budget expenditure within agreed budget and schedule.
• Manage the spare inventory requirements and ensure that sufficient minimum levels of spare parts are available as per critical asset list. 
• To review standard operating procedure (SOP), work instruction (WI), training module, monitor and evaluate effectiveness training programme for develop competency of maintenance staffs.

Job Description :

• Plans, oversees, and executes maintenance program of various rotating equipment     in Terminal accordance to internal procedure, applicable industrial standard, and       regulations through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Monitor and improve equipment reliability and availability using various analyses,      i.e. vibration analysis, RBI and/or RCM. Develop improvement plan based on the       outcome of the analysis.
• Evaluate and analyze maintenance and inspection results. Provide recommend         follow-up actions on the finding including development and improvement of         rotating job plan, work instruction, procedure, and training pack. Deliver necessary     competency training to the technicians.
• Provide on-call maintenance support as required including troubleshooting. Lead      and conduct investigation Root Cause Analysis when required.

Job Description :

• To execute routine maintenance activities of the mechanical equipment/machinery as per Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) checklist and procedure. Conduct troubleshooting to ensure the availability and reliability of the equipment.
• Works together with the contractors in servicing the mechanical machinery to ensure the job is done in accordance with the requirements and procedures.
• To log and update the maintenance services and activities upon completion into the system including used inventory and spare. Report the findings and follow-up actions to immediate superior.

• To safely execute all product movement activities at Truck Loading and Truck Unloading facilities as per scheduled in comply to KTSB operating procedure and safety standard.

This role is responsible to manage and oversees engineering services and project management services required for the overall terminal facilities in accordance with the established standards and procedures for the whole of KTSB.
