• Managing and negotiating the offer between client and candidates.
• Engaging talent on their career and developmental needs
• Understanding business needs and drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates

Account Management

• Maintain vital relationships with clients and candidates
• Networking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekers
• Provide professional consultation and understand clients' requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or HRM
• Work experience in a similar role
• Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies
• Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
