PR Interns will be driven and passionate about PR and their clients. They do the junior day-to-day work on an account such as writing media materials, media sell-ins and media monitoring. Meta seeks an experienced and highly-motivated International Corporate Legal Professional to join the International Governance Team based in Singapore. Reporting to the Director and Associate General Counsel - Global Corporate, you will be very comfortable working on your own initiative, and as part of a global team, to deliver highly efficient company secretarial services and governance support to a diverse portfolio of legal entities in the Asia-Pacific region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the point of contact for all corporate legal matters in the APAC region.
• Leading and overseeing the implementation of the governance processes and frameworks in legal entities spanning across Asia-Pac region.

• Graduate or equivalent in scientific/engineering discipline. The candidate should be a member of a professional institution relevant to the role such as the Security Institute.
• Security credibility. Sufficient experience that would command respect and recognition at the highest internal levels as well as in the wider industry/external.
• Experience of working in a high hazard industry in a number of highly responsible operational / assurance roles. This can include, but is not limited to, security management, operational management, compliance management with significant experience of working in this environment.
