We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic nurses who are highly motivated and caring professionals who can provide the best possible care with compassion to our patients.

You will have post registration experience, preferable, in the specified care group, and will be someone who can make a significant contribution in supporting the delivery of high quality assessment, investigation and treatment, supporting the team in the day-to-day running of the service whilst being expected to take a lead on a core aspect of service delivery.

The post holder will work with individuals who present with a range of memory related health needs, by providing assessment, information, treatment, review and support through individual and group work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

You will work as a Care coordinator for a group of patients, and be responsible for liaising with other professionals and organisations to ensure that patients’ physical, social and psychological needs are met in an integrated and holistic way.



The post holder will provide specialist assessments, reviews and nursing interventions to service users accessing the Cognitive Impairment & Dementia Service (CIDS). The post holder will ensure the successful implementation and roll out of care for dementia patients.

Main duties include but are not limited to:
• Specialist assessment of individuals and their families
• Assessment and management of ongoing risks as identified during the assessment, ensuring that this is done in collaboration with service users and carers. Provide supervision of junior staff and trainees where appropriate.
• Work as a core member of an MDT.
• Act within the NMC Code of Conduct at all times.
• Deliver care under the Care Programme Approach and work in partnership with individual service users and their families and carers to ensure the delivery of the care plan.
• Administer and monitor medication, including depots, prescribed to individual service users, providing information and advice, within NMC guidelines and the Trusts Medicines Code.
• Broaden research and development skills through participation in local audit and research projects.

Our Green Doctors deliver home visits and telephone consultations across Slough, Maidenhead & Windsor & the surrounding areas. Consultations are a mix of advice, installation of small practical energy-saving measures such as low energy light bulbs and draft proofing and referring on to other health and wellbeing services. We aim to reduce our client’s energy bills and save them money in a variety of ways including providing a bill switching service.

You will be a practical, people-person with a passion for helping vulnerable people. You must have either knowledge or experience in energy efficiency to provide tailored energy saving advice, and the ability to adapt your approach to suit our client’s varying needs. Please note a full clean UK driving license is required and non-negotiable.

• Work with the dispensary and Primary Care teams to identify patients as at risk from high risk medicines to minimise such risks through medicines optimisation. Provide scheduled clinics for offenders across Rochester and West Kent to give advice and support on their prescribed medicines, OTC medicines and other medical issues they may raise.
• To put in place changes to reduce the prescribing of medicines likely to cause readmission to high-risk patient groups.
• Promote healthy lifestyles for offenders in line with local and national guidelines or promotions.
• To be an active member of the Rochester clinical governance/medicines management committee(s).
• To provide face to face clinics to help patients with questions, queries and concerns about their medicines.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic clinical pharmacist to join the Mersey and West Lancashire (MWL) Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust at the Whiston and St. Helens sites to lead pharmacy services for stroke services within the medical directorate.

This is a current role were you will work closely with our MWL stroke service section of the medical directorate. It is a well established multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering and promoting high quality, cost-effective and patient-focused pharmaceutical care.

Previous experience of providing pharmaceutical care to stroke patients is essential, you will either hold a non medical prescribing qualification or be working towards completion of the non medical prescribing qualification. You will be expected to be a team player with significant clinical experience, excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. You will be encouraged to develop and implement your own ideas within the role and help drive the pharmacy service forward under the guidance of the clinical service manager and principal clinical pharmacists.

KEY DUTIES
• To assist the Clinical Pharmacy Services Manager to plan, manage, develop and deliver the pharmaceutical service to l patients within the Trust in line with National strategy, in accordance with the changing needs of the NHS, the requirements of the Trust and taking into account feedback from users of the service.

• Checking medical notes of each new patient to ascertain presenting complaint, past medical history, working diagnosis and relevant biochemical, haematological and microbiological test results to ensure safe and effective medicines use.
• Ensuring each medicine has an appropriate indication and that each diagnosis has appropriate therapy.
• Ensuring that existing therapy is safe to take with, and has not contributed to, the presenting complaint.
• Ensuring that new treatments are compatible with the patients’ conditions.
• Making recommendations on changes to drug therapy in line with the above.
• Reviewing recommendations in the light of new results and treatment plans.
• Advising on which medications to continue and which to stop during the peri-operative period, if appropriate

The RHRU is a level 1a Tertiary Rehabilitation service catering for adults with severe complex neurological disability. It is a highly specialised service with a strong focus on patient centred care and is nationally recognised as a centre for research.

You will need prior experience of working in a neuro-rehabilitation setting and will have a working knowledge of a variety of treatment approaches such as physical and cognitive assessment and treatment approaches, seating and spasticity management. You will have the opportunity to expand your skills working with patients in a prolonged disorder of consciousness (PDOC) and develop specialist knowledge with expert support from the highly specialist occupational therapy team and the wider MDT.

You will need to demonstrate very good communication skills, knowledge of stroke and other neurological conditions, and experience in the treatment and management of neurological patients. Beauty Merchandiser – Flexible

Updating and re-sequencing make up stands in major high street retailers, working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel and Maybelline.

Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8 hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects.

We have lots of work in 2024 and are looking for key people in your location.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and updating the stand
Moving parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot in Newport NP19 for kit collection, which is paid time.


What will I get in return?


Training: Provided in full and you are paid
Work: Assignment basis, under own supervision



Travel: Regionally, 50 to 80 miles of your home
Location: Field Based – working in various high street retailers
Hours: 8 hr days
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour plus expenses (fuel/parking etc.)
Equipment: Uniform, Company van (for business use only), and PPE are all provided where applicable
Flexibility: Work when you are available on a variety of projects
