As a stock taking Team Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites. The shifts lengths vary, and we require flexible availability, you will be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.

Days: Monday - Sunday (Up to 5 days in a 7-day working pattern and there is the possibility flexibility in the working days per week if required)

We are recruiting for a Full Time, Permanent Residential Team Manager, to help support the day to day running and comply with the duties needed in a Social Care environment.

You will have an in-depth understanding of mental health issues and substantial experience of working in a Housing and Social Care setting.

The service operates two sleep-ins per week (paid at £78.30 per 10-hour sleep-in) and an on-call rota (paid at £18.00) to cover a sleep-in/day shift in the event of absence - applicants should be flexible and available to cover sleep-ins and fill in on the on-call rota where needed.

This is a permanent full-time role requiring the post holder to work 37.5 hours per week.

The role is paying £29,290 - £30,778 inclusive per annum.

Shifts will normally be Monday- Friday, but flexibility will be needed to suit business needs.

Role Purpose:

Managing day to day service delivery and providing direct employment support the Service Users. This is a front-line management role, with responsibility for the day-to-day management of service contracts, Service User support, staff and building maintenance.

1. To promote the service and manage all referrals into the service, ensuring these meet the criteria for the service.

Person Specification
Data based and customer focused: Customers come first, this person needs to have experience of understanding customer behaviour through both quant and qualitative understanding, they need to be comfortable in using data from multiple sources to understand customer centred opportunities.
Digital marketing experience: Proven ability in the digital marketing space, a good understanding of the basics on how we manage our business digitally, this includes good GA, PPC, Affiliates, Social Media and a good understanding of programmatic.
Ability to work as part of many teams: You will report into marketing but be accountable to you need to be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

Role of Data & BI Manager:

You will be responsible for leading and building the data and analytics function for Superdrug and Savers, with a key focus on business partnering, business intelligence delivery, and team leadership.
You will work primarily with the Finance department and then other business units to understand their data and reporting needs, provide insights, and drive data-driven decision making.
You will create and execute a data and analytics strategy that leverages multiple data sources, platforms, and tools, including Microsoft Azure and Power BI.
You will manage a team of Power BI developers and data engineers, and foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Key Focus Areas
Business Partnering: You will act as a trusted advisor to the Finance department and other business units, understanding their data requirements, challenges, and opportunities. You will communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, run the Power BI Steering Group and deliver timely and relevant data solutions that meet the business needs.
Business Intelligence Strategy & Delivery: You will create and implement a data and analytics strategy that aligns with the organisation's vision and goals. You will oversee the design, development, and deployment of data pipelines, data models, dashboards, and reports, using best practices and standards. You will ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of the data and analytics products, and monitor their performance and usage.
Team Leadership: You will lead, develop and grow a small, efficient team of Power BI developers and data engineers, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and resources to deliver high-quality data and analytics solutions. You will also promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organisation.
Required Skills and Experience
Extensive experience in data and analytics, with a proven track record of delivering business value through data solutions.
Significant experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or data engineering, with a focus on Microsoft Power BI.
Successful history of managing and leading a data and analytics team, with strong people management and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of data architecture, data engineering, data modelling, data visualisation, and data governance principles and practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data and analytics concepts into business language.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
Proficient in Power BI development tools, such as Python, Power Query, DAX, M, and Power BI Service.

Experience in working with various data sources and formats, such as SQL, NoSQL, Excel, CSV, JSON, XML, etc.

Retail Stock Count Team Leader

Salary: £12.89 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.50 per hour + £1.39 holiday pay)+ Enhancements

As a Retail Count Manager you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client's sites. We require flexible availability, as the shift lengths may vary and you will be travelling to a different client site each day. You may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.

Days: Monday - Sunday (5 in 7 day working shift pattern)
