The Employer Relationships Administrator Apprenticeship post will have an important role providing efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to the Employer Relationships Team, Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator and Head of Employer Relationships.

The Funding and Data Officer will play an important role within the QMIST team and supporting the College at large. Your role involves skilful preparation of complex Continental dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role, and also be engaged in training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff.

To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Continental dishes &
Specialities
• Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
• Industrial training in a world renowned culinary/hospitality institute
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 3 years of prior
experience in escalating job roles
• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour

Job Overview:

Service Care Solutions is assisting West Lancashire Council in recruiting an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join the Tenancy Services Team in Skelmersdale. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving cases of anti-social behaviour (ASB) among council tenants and leaseholders. You will collaborate with relevant agencies, providing intensive support to residents and implementing action plans according to the Council's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Investigation and Resolution: Investigate ASB cases, working closely with tenants, leaseholders, and relevant agencies to effectively resolve issues.
• Action Planning: Create and implement action plans and risk assessments tailored to individual cases.
• Legal Actions and Documentation: Coordinate with the Council's Legal Team to prepare warnings, Notices, Acceptable Behavioural Contracts, and Injunctions.
• Resident Visits: Conduct field visits to assess situations, offer support, and collect evidence as needed.
• Court Representation: Prepare cases for court, attend hearings as a witness, and provide support to other witnesses.
• Community Cohesion: Contribute to the Council's community-focused approach, fostering pride and cohesion among residents.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience managing anti-social behaviour cases within a social housing context.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of housing issues and ASB legislation.
• Interpersonal Skills: Experience in working with vulnerable individuals or those with complex needs; skilled in managing conflicts and disputes.
• Fieldwork: Ability to conduct extensive fieldwork, including home visits and joint visits with partner agencies.
• Education: 5 GCSEs at grade C or above.
• Other Requirements: A valid driver's license is essential. Familiarity with the QL Housing Management System is preferred.

The University of Central Lancashire wishes to recruit a Finance Operations Manager (Payroll, Pensions & Travel) as part the Financial Operations team in Financial Services. This will be part of the Financial Operations Management team which includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking & Treasury and responsibility for all financial and transactional operations, activities and systems.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of team management and managing workloads, activities and completing tasks to required deadlines. Substantial knowledge and experience of managing multiple payroll and pensions activities and routines is required alongside a detailed knowledge of all current legislation. The role will also manage the coordination of all business travel arrangements for individual, group and complex itineraries including all associated payments and expenses. Candidates should also have experience of working with third party agencies and in-depth knowledge of best practices across the payroll, pensions and travel industries.

This is a varied and exciting role which requires a hands on approach to support all areas of the team and wider Financial Operations objectives. The successful candidate will need to hold the CIPP Diploma in Payroll Management and preferably be AAT qualified or hold an equivalent business or finance field such as Chartered Institute of Credit Management. Candidates will also need to have five GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C/Grade 4 (or equivalent) including English and Maths. A customer service qualification or project management skills are also desirable for this role. Extensive experience and use of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are also required.
