Job Description:

• Collaborate and advise clients to understand and come to agreements on optimal delivery methods and contracting methodologies at a program-level, across multiple projects in given global regions.

• Project planning and continuous improvement: Proactively identify ways to reduce activity lead times and variance, to support swift delivery of preconstruction activities without compromising quality of performance.
• Gather, consolidate and manage data from historic past projects pertaining to key commercial performance and core contracting data.
• Collaborate with external counsel to facilitate effective development of contract artefacts and templates.
• Leading and facilitating sessions between cross-functional project teams, to help them deliver optimal build strategies that can enable effective infrastructure development and output.
• Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
• Process improvement – Identifying and acting upon ways to improve internal systems and processes referring ideas to the appropriate line manager.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of fundamental construction/ project management concepts, delivery strategies, advantages and trade-offs.
• Detailed knowledge of procurement methods/ processes/ framework agreements etc.
• Highly proactive, resourceful and self-sufficient individual who can drive projects to completion and work through obstacles to produce recommendations from high-level initial concepts.
• Experience in developing, reviewing and negotiating construction agreements and contracts, either as a supplier, contractors, owner’s representative or owner.

Job Purpose:

In either a field or contact center based capacity, the Patient Support Solutions (PSS) Specialist DEDICATE acts as a central source patient support program liaison and resource  and responds to PSS program incoming calls and communications within quality standards and specifications for specific pre-established program end users (health care practitioners, patients, etc.). Performs outbound calling as it applies to specific PSS program requirements. The Patient Support Solutions Specialist DEDICATE delivers a seamless service and support to the pre-established list of end users of the STI  Patient Support Solutions programs by leveraging an advanced ability to facilitate drug insurance navigation on behalf of patients according to patient’s province of residence.

Duties and responsibilities:

Service Delivery

• Practices within the scope, process and policy frameworks of the program and the role defined for Patient Support Solutions according to the DEDICATE service delivery model.
• Perform an instrumental function providing telephone, email and web-based clinical support, product inquiry, treatment best practices, treatment administration trouble shooting services to patients, pharmacists, physicians, and other health care professionals(HCP) accordingly.
• Delivers counselling to patients according to pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements.
• Provides adherence and compliance support to patients.
• Handles all internal program clinical referrals.
• Retrieves and acts upon voice messages as per established policy.
• When contact center based, manages the call queue in accordance with established policy.
• Reports Adverse Events or Adverse Drug Reactions within a 24-hour period or as per the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Responsible for performing financial means testing of patients (if applicable) within their designated support program
• Responsible for the provision, management and completion of advanced reimbursement navigation and administrative services on behalf of patients in parallel with coordination of program logistics with all stakeholders in order to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Identify the need for compassionate, bridging, and copay support according to program scope and make arrangments accordingly on all.
• Act as an internal patient assistance program exceptional case reviewer and provide approval on behalf of pharmaceutical manufacturer clients for cases according to predetermined permissions and standards.
• Direct communication with pharmaceutical manufacturers relating to exceptional cases beyond predetermined permissions and standards requiring support.
• Completes other administrative support activities as required by gathering patient chart information including facilitating the completion and submission of drug plan special authorization forms and appeals when necessary.

Qualifications:

• University degree, including advanced or equivalent active healthcare practitioner professional designation (nurse, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, social worker, etc.) preferred coupled with a patient assistance, health insurance and/or drug reimbursement background.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, with work experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, specialty pharma and a call center are considered strong assets.
• Fluently bilingual in French and English.
• Detailed knowledge of health insurance and health plan coverage as well as an understanding of pharmacy transactions and claims review.
• Strong computer and telecommunication skills with an advanced ability to establish rapport through telephone contact.

Job Summary

The Project Manager ensures that Flowserve meets our commitments on complex aftermarket orders related to repairs, upgrades, hydraulic rerates, and maintenance of rotating pumps and equipment for our customers in industries such as oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, municipal water/wastewater, and power. These complex projects involve technical challenges, substantial risk, and multiple service centers, and they may cross state and international boundaries. The position reports to the Services & Solutions Manager of Project Management, North America and the position is located in Leduc, AB facility.

Responsibilities

• Leads kickoff meetings and phase gate meetings to coalesce strategies into actions. Identifies stakeholders and analyzes their expectations. 

• Proficient at contract review documentation and make sure it reflects what has been negotiated and ensure successful execution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assists the project team to develop the scope of supply, to translate work breakdown structure into an activity-based schedule and to identify the critical path.  Helps the team to prepare key project management documents.

• Communicates project specifications, terms and conditions to key suppliers.

• Leads project review meetings and collaborates with all disciplines during the project, including engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure that Flowserve delivers on-time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Maintain a positive customer experience while tracking progress towards budget objectives. Monitors our on-time invoice submissions and cash collections.

• Develops communication plans.  Gathers and integrates reports, data, and information to communicate regular, accurate status and forecasts to all stakeholders, including customers.  Presents project progress to management on a routine basis.

• Identifies and manages risks by ensuring contingency plans are established for all key milestones and triggered if necessary.  Ensures that contract changes are documented, approved, and integrated into the project plans. 

• Captures lessons learned as they occur, then documents and shares them with stakeholders.

• Demonstrates a commitment to effective, standardized project management.  Motivates, coaches and influences team members to learn and use project management tools and to follow best practices. Engages personnel at Flowserve’s service centers to actively participate in project teams and to assist project management efforts.

• 20% overnight travel may be occasionally required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. An equivalent of education and experience may be considered.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in rotating or fixed equipment and/or equipment packages will be required.

• 2+ years of experience in project management or related order fulfillment role within a manufacturing environment is required. 

• Deep understanding of project management concepts, with a high proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Deep understanding of the Root Cause Analysis, warranty process and natural drive towards quality.

• Strong understanding of how documents, materials, parts flow through the manufacturing environment.

• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with various audiences at the site level. Capacity to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors and managers at multiple levels of the organization.

Le conseiller principal en communications internes et gestion du changement élabore des stratégies de communication et de gestion de changement pour soutenir l'atteinte des objectifs des projets d'affaires. Ce rôle intégré nécessite de rallier les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes afin de réaliser et déployer les plans de communication et de gestion de changement. The Customer Product Repair Mechanic is responsible for all processes related to disassembly, repair, and assembly of a range of equipment/products including but not limited to rotating equipment, of high energy electric actuators, pumps, small compressors, and decoking equipment. The CPRM will work with team leads to execute work as provided on work instructions, routers, drawings, and checklists. The CPRM independently selects and uses inspection equipment to check dimensions of all critical components during the assembly and repair process and gives a written description of the wear and condition of critical components. This position also ensures all forms and documentation are complete prior to submission of quotation. The CPRM will also be responsible to paint, install all tagging, and prep the equipment prior to shipment to the customer.

This role has a rotating schedule (1st shift for 6 weeks then 2nd shift for 3).

First shift is: 7:30am – 4pm. (Monday – Friday)

Second shift is: 4pm – 2am. (Monday – Thursday)

Location is Leduc, Alberta

Requirements:

- HS Diploma / GED and 3-5 years relevant Millwright experience

- Significant experience with the proper and safe use of various common power and hand tools needed for assembly.

- Ability to independently, inspect, repair, and assemble, components and equipment, and accurately complete all required documentation.

- Electrical wiring experience or mechanical assembly experience.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to problem solve, and prioritize work assignments.
- Prior experience working the fast-paced and unpredictable environment around repair services.

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds with a full range of hand and upper-body motion to work with tools and parts.

Job Description:

Position Summary

Epiq Project Managers oversee and contribute to project execution for Remediation and/or Class Action administration work.  Project Managers are the face of Epiq operations to our clients.  Internally, they coordinate with our sales representatives, data analysts, web developers, call center supervisors/managers, disbursement specialists, claims analysts, and a host of other personnel to ensure project deliverables are met. The position requires considerable judgment and latitude in performing job duties, with minimal to moderate direct supervision. The Project Manager determines key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines, as well evaluates and mitigates issues, risks, capacity and budget needs and monitors and reports on overall project progress.

This position will oversee one or more Project Coordinators in the Client Services department, and potentially oversee one or more, Supervisors, and/or Project Specialists.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Resource Management – Continually monitor, evaluate, and guide project staff to meet project deliverables on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Effectively delegate tasks and duties to the project team, and ensure assignments are completed on time and within scope. Must also possess the ability to complete tasks related to projects as needed.
• Staff Development – Consistently apply performance standards and training to develop staff and build a high performing team of industry experts, passionate people managers, critical thinkers, dedicated client advisors, and strong problem solvers. • Economic Objectives – PMs are expected to meet billable goals and ensure that similar targets are met for their direct reports.
• Training – In partnership with our Training Team, develop training curriculum and facilitate training classes as needed.
• Workforce Management – Ensure the team is adequately staffed by creating schedules, monitoring forecasted work, and ensuring adherence to schedules. Reviewing and approving time off requests and daily time entries ensuring accuracy. Analyzing work produced compared to time billed to ensure it aligns with expectations.

Towards this goal, the PM will work with stakeholders in operational departments to continually enhance service quality standards to meet and/or exceed client expectations.  This position is responsible for fostering a team environment and building cooperation between client services team members, Epiq company team members, and sales to provide the highest quality service standards, reach revenue targets and obtain efficiency/profit goals. 

The PM is directly or indirectly responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating department staff, and establishing programs to ensure that department staff members are well trained and supported.  A critical component of the job is to manage and resolve difficult client situations.  PMs are responsible for succession planning and building a strong talent pool.

Required Qualifications & Characteristics

• Extensive project management and client experience is required.
• Bilingualism, French and English fluency.
• Strong technical orientation, excellent computer skills, exceptional planning and organizational skills, critical thinking and a keen attention to detail are all required.

Essential Job Functions

 Account Executive (AE), Canada

The Account Executive (AE) role is centered around customer success and sales execution for Canada as a Sales territory. The AE is responsible for all incoming and retained revenue from the assigned accounts. She/he is the main point of contact for any customer training service requests. The focus is to quickly respond to customer requests via phone and email to accurately book their training while updating the CRM database. She/he coordinates with both training services and sales to provide an ideal training experience by acting as an internal champion for the client and a subject matter expert for the Canadian accounts. The position will closely work with the Regional Sales Manager, Canada on facility visits, customer location account reviews.

The ideal candidate will be customer focused, detail and process oriented, highly organized, able to thrive in a dynamic time sensitive environment, and able to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers in both French and English languages. This position will have a strong focus on driving customer satisfaction through leveraging internal relationships to help achieve client retention.

• Accountable for all revenue bookings from both retention and wallet share for Canadian accounts. Owns the client's experience and acts as a link between Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Regulatory, Records. Responsible for quickly responding to requests to book revenue within the platform with accurate, detailed information that matches customers preferences. Ensures that bookings are entered correctly into the system and follows up with clients regarding any pre-training related changes, questions or concerns.
• Overcomes client objections and creates new revenue opportunities by generating leads for RSM to follow up on. Follows up on resigned retention tasks to ensure all possible client training returns to CAE. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for Canada through determined and independent effort.
• Communicate with assigned customers on a regular basis to develop rapport. Check in with the pilot or training director after training to collect immediate feedback and secure following year’s booking. Advises customers of upcoming training opportunities and educates customers on CAE offerings including highlighting upsell opportunities on every booking.
• Support sales activities in defined platforms by working closely with Sales Management and Customers as a subject matter expert for their assigned territory. Provides guidance on suggested courses, training availability, and platform specific knowledge.
• Build and maintain client relationships. Acts as a trusted training advisor for Decision Makers while arranging their scheduling needs.
• Resolves customer concerns. Provides the first line response for pre and post training customer concerns by independently seeking solutions and advocating throughout the company. Escalates concerns when necessary and owns the concern until it is resolved.
• Ensure all reporting, Booking, and CRM entry is done accurately and on time
