Position Descriptions:
This position reports to Regional Sales Manager in performing overall sales administrative duties
· Support RAPP Commercial team in consolidating distributor forecasts, managing SFDC pipeline and preparing all sales analytics and reports
· Assist Managing Director/Regional Commercial/ Sales manager in meeting managment, reports monitoring, records maintenance and administrative tasks for the team
· Work with commercial team in preparing, issuing and validating documents required by the projects and contracts
· Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Job Descriptions:
· Maintain and update regional sales pipeline, customer information via CRM/database
· Prepare and update routine and ad hoc sales reports, forecast reports budget, business plans and presentations etc
· Assist with the creation and distribution of sales and marketing collaterals, such as company/product catalogues, flyers, email campaigns
· Responsible for CPQ management from quotation, order, loading to shipment
· Assist sales and marketing events and materials, such as scheduling meetings, managing event calendars, trade shows, trainings, seminars, conferences and corporate gifts
· Support research & data analysis on sales, products, competitors, industry trends, and potential markets (both existing and potential markets)
· Answer and streamline phone calls and email inquiries
· Liaise and interface with customers and prospects to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries
· Create and maintain Commercial team’s SharePoint/Share folder with the latest information and access control
· Provide on-time and accurate sales details and forecast data for monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reporting for HQs amd consolidate all reports ror Commercial Financial team on a regular basis
· Work closely with other functional groups not limited to Sales & Marketing, Finance, Services, IT and HR & Admin to ensure accomplishment of task assigned
· Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or related discipline
· Min 5 years of relevant sales/marketing admin experience in similar capacity preferred
· Power/advanced user in MS Excel and Power Point and Pivot Table
· Preferably with some shipping experience
· Possess a “can do” attitude and able to communicate with various stakeholders effectively
· Agile with growth mindset and a fast learner with strong business sense
· Ability to operate at high degree of flexibility and multitask
· Fluent in English, both written and verbal (other languages would be a plus)
· Occasional travel (<20%) may be required
