We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of the online platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets through innovative strategies.
2. Market Expansion: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives.
3. Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers, to enhance the company’s market positioning.
4. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and initial contact through negotiation and closing.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies and alignment with company goals.
6. Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making and improve future performance.
7. Frequent travelling is essential.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market analysis and interpret data to inform business strategies.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a persuasive, client-centric approach.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and data analytics is a plus.

You will be assisting the Director of Finance for managing the financial health and sustainability of the Club; all accounting, financial and payroll related issues, including but not limited to statutory and management reporting requirements, audit and control.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Finance in planning, organizing and executing financial tasks and projects of the Club
• Lead and mentor the Finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Review, evaluate financial statements, reports, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
• Manage year end audit process, impairment assessment and attend to audit queries
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree in finance and accounting or related fields
• ACCA or CPA Singapore equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Finance Manager
• Meticulous and analytical with data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
