We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Finance & Admin Executive to join our organization. In this role, you will work closely with the external financial administrator to record all the financial transactions of the company, as well as process invoices, purchase orders, and manage payroll (via HR Easily). As Myra’s Contract Executive, you are responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of property development projects. They work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that construction projects are completed within budget and on time.

• To examine material costs, outsourced labour costs, and other contract charges to ensure a healthy margin.
• To assist with tendering, measurement confirmation, and contract management.
