This is a trainee position in the Management and Resources Staff (MRS) of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB).

The incumbent is an entry level specialist in organizational administrative management programs, and will be responsible for assisting senior level specialist with complex and sometimes controversial studies in a wide variety of administrative management areas that include but are not limited to:

WHAT IS THE PLANNING & FINANCE DIVISION? The Planning & Finance Division (PFD) has a variety of responsibilities for the Office of Chief Counsel including, formulation and execution of Counsel's annual budget, performance metrics and reporting, corporate data analysis, coordination of Counsel's case management systems, internal survey design, administration, and analysis, strategic planning, business continuity planning, and program administration. PFD is staffed by Management and Budget Analysts as well as Systems Coordinators. Summary of Intern’s Duties for Position: 

This position is located in the Office of the Executive Director, Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs (OES), Department of State.
