Contact Centre Platforms team is responsible for the design, solutioning and implementation of IT applications for contact centres located worldwide, operate 24 by 7. The solutions involve several technology stacks – including but not limited to computer telephony integration and routing capabilities, voice & screen recording and various integration technologies with backend systems. This team aims to deliver high performance and resilient IT applications to contact centres, supported by other IT infrastructure teams such as network, info security etc.

Our current contact centre system is running on Genesys Engage on prem with Workspace Edition 8.5/9. It handles voice and SMS text channels with integration to a case and knowledge management tool that provides a single interface for contact centre agents to handle interactions with customers. We also have a screen and call recording system with speech analytics on Verint. There is on-going exercise for a next new generation contact centre platform that is scalable, flexible and nimble to support dynamic business needs, improve customer experience and effectively manage contact centre operations at an optimal cost.

We are looking for candidate who is having strong IT programming skills and with positive working attitude. • Provide a focus on automation to improve agility using tools such as Ansible, Python, Terraform and Cloud Formation templates.

Requirements
• Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with at least 3 year of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Conversant with infrastructure definition tools such as Cloud Formation, Terraform and with YAML/JSON deployment templates.
• Experience with python/ansible scripting skills for provisioning and automating dynamic cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working in VMWare environments.
• Experience managing both Unix (Linux and/or AIX) and Windows servers. Expert level (e.g. certified) in one at least one. Covering installation, configuration, troubleshooting, support, patching, hardening etc.
• Strong analytical, project management, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in infrastructure areas such as virtual server technologies, networking, internet protocols, operating systems, scripting & monitoring tools and IT Security.
• Experience in Agile, CI/CD and DevOps are preferred.

The Customer Technology Marketing Analyst supports with the implementation and management of UPS's technology applications portfolio and assist in deploying technology product marketing strategies. He/She is required to gather data, perform analysis, and report on the performance of UPS's technology products and services contributing to business performance and improved customer experience. The analyst will also support the team with collection of market/competitive insights, managing product training, and addressing internal tech inquiries.

Job Responsibilities

• Assists his/ her supervisor in implementing the Customer Technology plan
• Collects market insights and analyze customer needs to develop value propositions for UPS technology applications
• Assist in creating and maintaining internal and external collaterals related to UPS technology applications
• Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across functions and markets to validate UPS technology applications
• Respond to and follow up on internal inquiries about UPS technology products to facilitate knowledge transfer and issue resolution
• Supports with the communication of product and campaign releases to internal stakeholders to facilitate understanding of enterprise initiatives
• Prepare, monitor and report on the performance of UPS technology products and develop strategies to improve adoption rates
• Assist in building business cases to gain support for technology applications enhancements
• Participate in cross-functional and regional workgroups to identify and address opportunities and gaps through digital and technology value-adds

Job Requirements

• PossesBachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
