Responsibilities:

• Plan daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Schedule workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Supervise and coach employees.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Monitor production output according to specifications.
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Determine issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
• Establish strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Familiarity in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent; SKM 3 in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.

• Handle accounts receivable, payable, posting of journal transactions which includes invoicing, debit note, credit note and payment voucher.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare aging reports for debtors and creditors and reporting to superior.
• Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and coordinating purchases when necessary.
• To renewal business licenses and trademark whenever required.
• Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
• Support other departments and staff members with administrative tasks as needed.
