Job Description
- Schedule and record regular meetings
- Create and update workflows
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Track expenses and forecast future costs
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Measure and report on project performance
- Act as point of contact for project team and facilitate communications
- And other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- At least 1 years experience
- Hands on experience with flowcharts, technical documents and schedules (Option)
- Team work
- Able to work independently and meet the deadlines as required
- Prefer construction engineering background or relevant experience
- As current project, candidate will be based at Tampines project site
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
- Must bilingual (English & Mandarin), able to read & write
- 1 year contract and suggested to renew
