Requirements:

· ITE automotive certification

· Minimum 1 year experience working as technician/mechanic

· Experience working with Audi/VW vehicle will be an advantage

· Fresh graduate with no experience but who are willing to learn and with positive attitude will be considered

· Willing to work overtime

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording supplier invoices, cash payments & other data entry
• Assist in maintaining receivables aging records
• Processing invoices for payments
• Posting transactions to journals & other records
• Sales & payment documentation
• To help out in customer service if required
• General office administration

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written English required
• Good computer skills required - knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Basic mathematical aptitude, bookkeeping skills
• N/O level graduates - min 2 years full-time working experience required or
• NITEC and certificate holders - min 2 years full-time working experience required

- Responsible in operating/managing/planning of insurance claim
- Liaise with Workshop Manager on insurance claim repairs
- Handle customer's entire claim process of claim/accident reports
- Drafting of letters and registration of new claims
- Liaise with insurance companies on claims

Requirement:

- Singapore citizen of PR only
- At least 3 years claims handling experience in motor vehicle insurance claims
- Diploma or certificate in general insurance will be a plus

To support in claims department

*Reporting of accidents and filing of accident reports

*Communicate and update customers on the claim process

*Assist in the claims department with paperwork

*General administrative work

*Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
