We are on a lookout for an individual that has at least 2-3 years of experience in handing either Hospitality, Residential and / or Showflats Projects.

A shortlist of requirements as follows:

• Interior Design Degree from an accrediated university or institution, Or alternatively a fantastic design portfolio.

• Is a team player

• Have design flair

• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Great Command of spoken and written English

• Have a great command of Sketchup, Autocad, Vray, Adobe suite etc

• Posess strong communications and problem solving skills

We are looking for a full time Accounts and Admininistrative Assistant to assist in managing our Interior Design team.

Job Scope includes:

- Check and issue receipts of payment from clients

- Maintain bookkeeping/accounting records - Xero

- Data entry

- Assist in staff claims

- Assist in company adminstrative matters

- Assist in managing and coordinating suppliers

- Experience in construction/interior design firms is a plus point
