We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support various financial activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. As a Finance Associate, you will assist in partner management, invoice and quotation issuance, pricing review, support for new initiatives, supplier management, accounting and corporate secretary coordination, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Accounting and Corporate Secretary Coordination:
Assist in coordinating with accounting firm as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Compute gross monthly salary, bonus, allowance, claims, deductions for payroll.
Process payments and handle CPF submissions for payroll.
Prepare and submit Annual Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) submissions to IRAS.
Manage insurance-related matters
Assist in preparing and submitting Gov grants.
- Invoice Issuance:
Assist in issuing monthly invoices and ad-hoc invoices as required.
Support the submission of e-invoices via Vendors@Gov for government organizations
- Suppliers Management:
Support supplier relationships, including issuing purchase orders, processing invoices, and managing payments on a monthly basis and as needed.
- Partner Management:
Assist in maintaining relationships with partners to ensure effective financial management.
- Reporting:
Assist in preparing ad-hoc financial reports as required, including cash flow forecasts and profit and loss updates.
- Quotation Issuance:
Assist the team in the preparation and issuance of quotations to support business operations.
- Pricing Review:
Support the team in conducting regular reviews of pricing structures, including renewals and increments, to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Corporate Information Management:
Assist in managing financial data and corporate information efficiently and accurately.
- Support for New Initiatives:
Provide financial support for new programs, business proposals, and tender proposals, including financial analysis and budgeting.
- Review Financial Statements:
Assist in reviewing and analyzing financial statements on an annual basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in similar positions
- Proven interest in financial management and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of government invoicing procedures and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and time management skills
- Key attributes required are autonomy, accountability, task-oriented focus, and adeptness in multitasking.
