The Junior Sales Broker will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales with clients, focusing on selling high-value financial products. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling to introduce and sell financial products such as bonds, gold, and silver.
Sales Execution: Manage the sales process from lead identification to deal closure, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of financial products, particularly in bonds, precious metals (gold and silver), and commodities to effectively educate and advise clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate terms with clients to close sales and secure commissions.
Commission Management: Earn commission between 5-10% on sales ranging from £5,000 to £500,000, with an average monthly salary between £13,000 - £14,000.
Performance Tracking: Track and report on individual sales performance, contributing to team objectives and growth.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, pricing, and competitors to offer clients the most competitive products.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial industry, with a focus on selling bonds, gold, silver, or similar financial products.
Previous Experience (Recommended): Prior work with Rosemund, Goldcoin, or similar companies in the financial sector is highly advantageous.
Sales Track Record: Proven ability to close sales and earn commissions, with a clear understanding of commission structures (5% with 2% load).
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients via cold calls and build strong professional relationships.
