Merton Home Care provides support to eligible consumers within our independent living units and in the broader community.


Qualifications & experience

Certificate III in Individual Support & Assist Clients with Medication module.
Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current First Aid Certificate
Certificate IV in ageing support would be an advantage


Tasks & responsibilities

Provide personal care to aged and disability residents including showering, dressing, providing skin care.
Ensuring residents nutrition and hydration needs are met by assisting as required and providing nutritional supplements as prescribed.
General housekeeping duties completing laundry tasks and putting away for residents who need assistance. Keeping residents rooms and bathrooms clean and tidy. Preparing the evening meal and snacks throughout the day.
Option to also work in the home care division.
