Responsibilities:
1. Utilise existing educational product resources to understand and manage high-end study tours and related business products in Singapore. Conduct market research and in-depth user analysis, adjusting study tour products to meet client needs and deliver feasible solutions.
2. Independently plan study tour routes, manage budgets, and ensure the content meets the investigation purposes of target users while integrating local cultural features and company resources.
3. Lead the timely and high-quality execution of social media marketing content for study tour projects, ensuring alignment with project brand positioning and attracting the target audience.
4. Oversee and address any issues encountered during project execution, ensuring quality control and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Skilled in B2B communication, manage daily interactions with schools, host organisations, and other partners. Expand supplier markets, negotiate cooperation terms, and establish long-term partnerships.
6. Proficient in project data analysis, using data visualisation to analyse customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and satisfaction, improving overall project outcomes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Experience in tourism management, international trade, marketing, or related fields, with overseas study tour or international education experience preferred.
3. Strong team collaboration, cross-departmental communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools to enhance work efficiency. Interest in cutting-edge AI developments is a plus.
4. Clear thinking, high market and customer sensitivity, strong learning and execution abilities, with a sales-oriented mindset and data-driven product iteration skills.
5. Resilient under pressure, able to handle and resolve unexpected situations promptly, with a results-driven approach.
6. Committed to continuous learning and improvement, with a proactive, optimistic attitude and strong market insight and customer communication skills. Lifelong learner eager to share knowledge with the team.
7. Excellent English communication skills, with overseas study or work experience will be beneficial
