Job description
Project management of market research projects for mainly Japanese clients
Client service - align with client on business questions, survey design, analysis requests
Vendor management - communicate client’s request in detail, manage schedule, operation, cost and quality control
Data processing, quality control
Qualitative/ Quantitative reports as required
Creation of questionnaires, implementation of surveys, and aggregation of questionnaires
Support for ad-hoc projects ie. operation management and conducting checks as per instructions of the project manager)
Requirements
Bachelor‘s/ Master’s degree
Business fluency in Japanese language for communication with Japanese clients and group companies in Japan
Past work experience in market research with Japanese clients and vendors for 5 years+
Data processing skills using Excel Meticulous, patient and able to conduct data processing and checks accurately
Possess logical and analytical thinking ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Past work experience as team manager
