Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for day-day operations of the HR department for a group of companies
• Manage hiring process: Posting job advertisement, screening resumes, conducting interviews, shortlisting, and offer of jobs
• Manage onboarding of employees and work pass application, renewal, and cancellations
• Maintain employment contracts and probation confirmations
• Query and question to MOM/BCA to keep abreast of current employment practices
• Manage payroll related matters for staff and workers
• Maintain accurate HR database, up-to-date employee records, and other employment related documentation
• Liaison with dormitory staff and maintaining dormitory records
• Maintain training matrix and record WP holder's experience
• MYE management, claim for Levy Waiver, and travel ticket purchase for WP holders
• Benefit management: Leave management and control claims of medical expenses
• Assisting in standardizing and streamlining internal HR process
• Ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Professional Certificate in Compensation & Benefits
• Min. 2 years of related working experience in construction sector
• Familiarity and experience working with Ministry of Manpower
• Knowledge of Employment Act/legislation, CPF, IRAS
• Team oriented with good time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft word and excel
