Our client is a Singaporean beauty and personal care company, a skincare brand dedicated to repairing problematic skin. The company is constantly accelerating the pace of developing overseas markets and has commissioned us to recruit the following positions:
Cosmetic Product Manager
Location: Singapore
Work mode: Full-time
Noted: applicants who are PR holder or Singapore Citizens will be prefered
Responsibilities:
Product Management
1. Owner of excellent execution of your category's marketing activities in Singapore local market.
2. Bring the Brand strategy to life and develop new initiatives to win market share and ranking.
3. Steer your category's leadership in identifying new opportunities.
4. Ensure successful new product launches and reanimation of the pillars supported by effective 360 plans (PR & e-PR, media, social media & digital, forecast & sampling, events and CRM, sell-out tracking and the product display in the points-of-sale.)
5. Cultivate the Brand passion both internally and externally.
6. Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors’ activities and plan proactive actions.
7. Ensure accuracy in forecasting of new products and timely submission.
8. Ensure accurate and timely phasing of A&P management.

Technical skills:
1. Operational marketing experience within the luxury beauty industry is advantageous; however welcome other candid·ates with operational marketing experience within FMCG or retail-related industries.
2. Good communication skills in both oral and written manner.
3. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Profile:
1. At least 5 years of relevant experiences.
2. Positive, dynamic and confident.
3. Structured thinker, at the same time articulate.
4. Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines from an accredited institution.
5. Excellent in written and spoken English, other languages are a plus.
Salary: 6000-8000 SGD Per Month (Negotiable)
