Job Responsibilities: -

• Ensure accuracy of inventory records, monitor and identify slow moving stock where applicable
• Analyse ordering frequency, monitor stock level and place orders as needed
• Maintain procurement listing, suppliers database and Purchase Orders
• Continuously reviewing and negotiating with supplier for better pricing and delivery terms
• Work closely with QC to resolve any quality issues and yearly audit
• Actively sourcing for alternative suppliers with competitive prices
• Administer full document control for the arrival of goods in the warehouse
• Communicate shipment details to relevant stakeholders
• Liaise and visit with suppliers to ensure orders imports comply to the Singapore import legislation
• Handle customs, shipment, and import matters
• Handle all related claims & follow up with suppliers promptly

Job Requirements: -

• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of procurement experience
• 5.5 days work week
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and ERP systems
• Good team player, with a strong sense of urgency to deadlines
• Meticulous and organised, with an eye for accuracy in document control
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager on daily operations of the warehouse and logistics, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products;
• Manpower Planning & supervision to ensure resources are utilized effectively to meet work schedules and targets;
• Initiate improvement for warehouse operations;
• Oversee and manage inventory levels and stock takes;
• Submission of related reports to management;
• Provide training to new and existing employees for continuous improvement;
• Maintain general housekeeping and uphold safety and equipment standards in the warehouse;
• Ensure accuracy in data inputs and system updates and training of new user;
• Ensure efficient usage of warehouse space and allocation;
• Manage and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders;
• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently with compliance on Safety Standards and guidelines.
  

Job Requirements:

• Able to work in cold store environment (location: West)
• Preferably with relevant experience in warehousing/supply chain/logistics;
• A valid forklift license;
• A good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize workload in accordance to demand;
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 & ERP systems;
• Ability to communicate with all levels and a team player.
  

Remuneration package will commensurate with experience.
