To execute the audio productions of the company’s need and lead the junior audio tech in fulfilling the said roles. These may include; but notwithstanding:

- Front of House Mixing

- Broadcast Audio Mixing

- Studio Recording Mixing

Work processes will include, working with the audio team to plan, set up, operate, and maintain the technical equipment and inventories.

Individual should harness certain level of field experience in

• Audio Expertise/Content Producing and Mixing

Requirements

Education/Professional Qualification:

• Education – Diploma in Sound or Electrical Engineering (or any other engineering or technical fields preferred)
• Relevant Professional Certification

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Specialized knowledge/Skills: Live Sound Mixing, Recording/Broadcast Mixing and Editing, Systems Calibration/patching. MS Office software. Knowing Autocad is a plus.
• Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Dependent, accountable, meticulous, neat
• Experience: 5years in relevant field

Job Purpose:

Through strategic partnership and collaboration, the Human Resource (HR) team aims to provide effective HR management and develop high performing teams that contribute to the vision and goals of the church and its subsidiaries.

Primary Role:

The primary role is providing support in the various HR functions, which include HRIS system maintenance, training and development coordination, liaising with institutions on internship programmes, and staff welfare to the church and its subsidiaries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update HRIS system and staff database

· Serve as a point of contact, provide technical support and guidance to end-users

· Participate in any new HR system implementation and upgrades

· Maintain complete documentations and prepare monthly reports

· Maintain and update Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

· Consolidate and compile annual training plan

· Source training courses requested by HOD

· Schedule and register training courses and keep employees informed of their training

· Administer government supported grants and funds

· Serve as a point of contact for internship programmes with institutions

· Implement and maintain HR policies with proper documentation

· Assist in end-to-end management of pre-boarding and on-boarding processes

· Assist in the management of off-boarding processes

· Support and assist in new HR initiatives and staff welfare events

Requirements:

Education/Professional Qualification

· Diploma in Human Resource or IT related field

Preferred Skills/Experience

· At least 2 years of HR generalist experience

· Effective HR administration and people management skills

· Good knowledge of HR functions, practices, and employment-related laws and regulations

· Good command in written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent record keeping skills

· Good team player with strong sense of responsibility

· Possess computer literacy in email, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and HRIS software

Organisation/Department Summary/Chart

Reports to the Assistant Finance Manager

Job Purpose:

· Supports the Finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the department

· Involved in work specific to receivables, payables, data compilation, or other accounting tasks

· Work with accruals, fixed assets accounting, or the monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts for audit purposes

· Assist with the preparation of trial balance, basic financial statements, and accounting schedules

· Involved in ad-hoc finance-related projects and systems testing when necessary

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system on a timely basis

· Record transactions and events relating to collections, sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and cash

· Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, finance costs, and capital expenditure

· Maintain proper documentation of all transactions

· Process payroll transactions into the accounting system

· Maintain a reasonable level of accuracy in data entries and journaling

· Assign account codes to transactions

· Perform month-end closing activities

· Maintain accurate financial records and statements

· Prepare accounting schedules and conduct monthly reconciliations

· Conduct simple data analysis and review

· Prepare monthly financial reports

· Any other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

Education/Professional Qualification

· Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience

· Good written and verbal communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily system monitoring; verify and review all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes
• Regular security monitoring to identify possible disturbances; perform daily backup operations
• Investigate and troubleshoot all issues related to IT infrastructure for internal teams using telephone, email, etc
• Maintain operational, configurational, or other procedures; performing regular updates and upgrades as and when necessary
• Install new or rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc in accordance with standards and projected/operational requirements of the company
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and system standards
• Set up AV/video conferencing prior to townhall or other high key meetings over Microsoft Teams or Zoom
• Perform inventory management and health check of software licenses, hardware, and other IT peripherals
• Escalate to vendor for desktop/laptop hardware repairs or software troubleshooting
• Standby to support for critical IT issues during weekend services
• Support YouTube livestreams and/or premieres on weeknights and weekends

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field
• Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, Windows Operating System (Win 10/Mac OS), and basic AV/video conferencing
• Preferably Senior Executive specialising in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
• Experience with Sophos firewalls, Synology NAS, virtualisation, and/or .NET programming would be an advantage
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information diligently and discreetly
• Enthusiastic with good interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Calm and effective under conditions of stress
