Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Business Planning Analyst to act as a financial business partner, collaborating with various departments and senior management to drive informed decision-making. This role combines financial analysis, cross-functional communication, and strategic planning to identify and support growth opportunities, ensuring the organization’s financial health and future readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
· Financial Analysis & Reporting: Oversee reporting, forecasting, and planning activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across country offices. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports and variance analyses.
· Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments to solve complex issues, drive change, and support business objectives through data-driven insights.
· Business Development & Strategy Support: Identify growth opportunities, coordinate action plans, and communicate them effectively across departments to support execution.
· Strategic Financial Support: Assist with business case simulations, potential business assessments, and cash flow forecasting to support senior management in strategic decision-making.
· Insightful Reporting: Prepare strategic communication documents and presentations for senior leadership, including monthly and annual cash flow statements, group consolidated management accounts, and profit and loss forecasts.
· Operational & Financial Oversight: Analyze subsidiary management accounts to align with group objectives and identify potential financial or operational risks.
· Additional Responsibilities: Complete additional tasks as assigned by management to support the broader finance and strategic functions.
Requirements:
· At least more than 2 years in similar capacity
· Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with proven analytical abilities.
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
· Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for financial modeling and simulations.
· Ability to conceptualize and create impactful strategic communication documents.
· Resilient and able to work independently to meet deadlines and produce high-quality outputs.
