Managing the site activities of construction projects
1. Manage all project site related activities ( i.e. including preliminaries, structural, M&E, plumbing & Architecture related matters )
2. Drives project site activities in accordance to project schedules and timeline
3. Engage Engineering Service dept. to ensure the latest revised construction drawing are use
4. Engage Supply Chain & Procurement for machinery and materials needed
5. Ensure minimum material wastage at site
6. Manages and deployment of resources (manpower, material, machineries) in accordance to project schedules & maintain maximum productivity
7. Manage sub-contractors in accordance to their contracts & scope of work
8. Ensure the projects finish on time with quality & profitability to the company
9. Ensure all activities on site do not violate any safety / building regulatory requirements ( ie BCA, NEA, MOM etc )
Prepare Risk Management Plan
1. Build contingencies in to the plan to provide a reserve in the schedule for unforeseen future problems
Participant in Project Tender (when required)
1. Participate as a member of the Tender for prelim and site matters
2. Undertake tender clarifications with customers especially on technical and site matters
3. Define Sub-Contractors scope of works
4. Provide value Engineering
Administer Workplace Safety and health (WSH) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
1. Ensure workers/sub-contractor comply with the company safety regulation
Organise and Proper Handover the Completion Project
1. Ensure proper handover of construction documents to the Clients
2. Ensure the Sub contractor submit the proper handover documents to the company
3. Ensure the project deliver by us and sub-contractor to client(s) on schedule with "0" defect
Manage a Team with Good Technical Knowledge
1. Build and train a competent site team
