1. Plans, organizes and directs duties involved with budget execution and administration work involving monitoring current year and prior year obligations incurred and the actual expenditures of budgets with different sources and types of funding such as direct annual and multi-year appropriations.

4. Provides advice, assistance, and guidance on budget policy and related information.

5. Performs budget impact analyses of programmatic adjustments to future budget years in the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP).

• Serves as Team Lead with responsibility to the Chief Engineer for assuring work of the team is accomplished by performing coordination and supportive responsibilities related to mission data (MD) design, threat simulator scenario programming, equipment maintenance and all operations and testing related to current and emerging ACC electronic warfare (EW) systems.
• Serves as the 350 SWW Senior Emerging Flight equipment SME for all activities in support of high-level Developmental Test (DT), Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E), Force Development and Evaluation (FDE) and special project testing.
• Serves as the 350th SWW Senior Emerging Flight equipment SME for establishing requirements, formulating integrated test team activities and developing acceptance standards for next generation bomber EW equipment.
• On behalf of the 350th SWW, conducts research on specialized EW equipment and the potential application to current and emerging EW systems and recommends design and reprogramming changes to systems based on this analysis.
