What you will be working on: 

·       Write efficient forward and backward passes in CUDA/CuTe. 

·       Write Optimized custom layers in Pytorch. 

·       Optimize ML training code for large, distributed training with FP8. 

·       Quality and performance analysis between data types such as BF16 and FP8 for large deep learning models. 

·       Understand and optimize H100 GPUs.

What you need to do

• Delivery of multiple and large/small scale digital marketing solution implementation and transformation projects across geographies using Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

Adobe Journey Optimizer helps companies deliver connected, contextual, and personalized experiences to their customers. The customer journey is the entire process of a customer’s interactions with the brand, from the first moment of contact until the customer leaves. It starts with the awareness phase, where the customer learns about the brand and starts engaging. The customer will then further interact with the brand, visit online and physical sites, and make purchases, send messages or post reviews.

Adobe Journey Optimizer is built natively on Adobe Experience Platform and combines a unified, real-time customer profile, an API-first open framework, centralized offer decisioning, and artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for personalization and optimization. Journey Optimizer allows brands to intelligently determine the next best interaction with scale, speed, and flexibility across the entire customer journey. With Adobe Journey Optimizer, companies can create and deliver both scheduled marketing campaigns (such as weekly promotions for a retail store) and tailored individual communications (like a push notification for an item that a loyalty app customer may have looked at that was previously out of stock) within the same application.

What you’ll do:

• Create the future Adobe products by build and maintaining infrastructure for a large-scale, multi-cloud microservices SaaS product

The Global Account Director (GAD), will have responsibility for coordinating efforts across all aspects of the Adobe Digital Experience and Digital Media lines of business. • Establish and lead 3+ year joint account strategy and roadmap with the assigned account
• Define and build an effective joint governance model ensuring alignment and sponsorship across the account
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customer and Adobe executives to support priority initiatives and long-term account growth
• Lead the communications of business performance and associated value to the business and IT team members
• Drive the adoption of Adobe products and innovations within the account through thoughtful development of business cases that map back to customer priorities and the detailed strategy

What you need to succeed

Successful engagement will be defined by long-term retention of the base, growth in global revenues, increasing customer satisfaction, and successful execution of co-innovation initiatives.

• Relevant industry expertise demonstrated through thought leadership
• Deep experience in both the Software and Services business models either directly or through the partner channel with the confirmed ability to structure and negotiate large, multi-faceted agreements
• Experience leading teams of at least 10 people across multiple regions on sophisticated accounts with executive relationships
• Proven success leading and delivering on enterprise engagements either internal or through a consultancy
• A background in enterprise transformation and change management with referenceable supporting examples
• Experience leading successful digital transformations for marketing organizations paired with knowledge of the technologies and tactics needed to effectively perform
• Deep knowledge of digital transformation trends in the industry and Adobe’s position relative to those trends

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of validated experience in relevant industry
• Minimum 10 years of solution sales to Marketing, IT, and LOB with a consistent track record of performance
• 5+ years of proven track record directly leading a successful team of at least 5-10 people
• Outstanding executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to converse with, encourage and engage C-level executives
• Exceptional written communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work optimally in a team setting, acting as a liaison with all other organizations within Adobe including Sales, Services, Support, Product & Marketing
• Strong understanding of existing and emerging marketing technologies
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (post-pandemic)

The Opportunity

Firefly is the new family of creative generative AI models coming to Adobe products that offers a new way to conceptualise, build, and scale content. It’s a natural extension of the technology Adobe has produced over the past 40 years.

At the core of Firefly are our commercially safe AI models trained on hundreds of millions of images owned or licensed by Adobe. We are hiring for a highly strategic and visible role to help evolve these models and the associated prompt engine. What you will Do

• Deliver end-to-end machine learning solutions that have organizational-wide impact using innovative architectures
• Contribute to the backend services for Firefly that power the generative AI features on Firefly website, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Stock and other applications/surfaces
• Develop GPU optimized, efficient model pipelines for new Firefly features serving a variety of modalities like images, vectors, 3D, etc.
• Ensure a scalable, reliable cloud service with observability, logging and tracing to enable quick detection, understanding and resolution of run-time issues
• Chip in to Project Colligo, the AI superhighway for inference that will handle and serve a collection of ML models in a highly scalable and resilient system
• Develop critical aspects of the business logic in the Firefly services to ensure metering of usage, entitlement checks, quota limits and upsell workflows

What you need to succeed

• PhD or Masters in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Vision, Robotics, related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with PyTorch and Python in a production environment
• Proficient with OpenCV
• Image Processing, Computer Vision, Generative AI experience is a MUST
• Validated expertise in creation and optimization as well as operation of GPU intensive ML workloads in production environments
