• Maintenance of Ecommerce database (pricing, description, specification, images)
• Inventory management such as check to verify available inventory, top up/replenishment through uploading, removal & replacement of items that have been sold out.
• Prepare campaign launches & activations through new product images/inventory for uploading, price changes
• Assist in Live sale preparation & after sale event/campaign summary report
• Monitor stores arrangement for online orders
• Order processing & info dissemination for fulfilment support
• Coach the team for service performance
• Manage timelines in terms of ecommerce site/product readiness in preparation for brand activities. (Market Place campaigns and In-house website tactical promotions/activations)
• Good understanding of ecommerce process flow and customer expectations
• Prepare and upload of images, descriptions, price and other product details for all launches in addition to monthly activations
• Order fulfilment support (To allocate orders to various outlets with available inventory to support fulfilment) 
• Other backend supports roles
• Monitoring retail gold price and keep update the selling price in every platform.
• Execute activities driven by data analytics
• Implement preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plan.
• Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all financial activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies
• Financial activities includes but not limited to:
  • Preparation and posting of journals
  • Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities and reporting. This includes preparation of financial statements and schedules
  • Preparation of monthly reconciliation and schedules
  • Analysis of accounts
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial transactions
• Participate in process/continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with all stakeholders and as a team with other team members to ensure end deliverables and KPI are met
• Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time by Team lead/Head of FSSC

Requirements:

• • Diploma & Degree holder in accounting and/or finance or professional qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity within a shared services set-up.
  • Meticulous, analytical and a high degree of agility.
  • Proactive in resolving matters, while being able to manage time effectively.
  • Highly committed and able to work independently.
  • Stakeholder influencing; strong in communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment are essential.
  • Experience in Business central (Accounting software), RPA (Uipath) is preferred
