Sales Account Executive - Field RJ - Hybrid

Account Executive at Equinix is responsible for driving sales .The account executive will be expected to have knowledge of Data Center offerings and supporting Customers in creating new and disruptive business models by monetizing on data, creating new customer experiences, and improving operational efficiencies with the use of digital technologies.
We are looking for Senior Account Executive with previous experience in IT industry to join our Sales team to sell and expands Equinix solutions.
What you will be doing
Manage full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting and qualifying to closure.
Experience structuring complex deals (multimillion, multiyear).
Prepare timely and accurate sales activity, reporting, and forecasting.
Manage sales pipeline daily.
Handle all proposals and negotiations within Equinix’s pricing guidelines.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Equinix products and technologies, competitors, and market conditions.
Manage the development of Channels on the Territory and leverage the Partner Organization to attract and develop new channels (Hyperscalers, ISV’s, GSI’s, and Resellers).
Ensure maximum penetration on the Territory by always maintaining a 4x pipeline
Maintain key customer relationships.
Develop and implement strategies for expanding the Equinix customer base.
Balance short-term goals with long-term relationships.
Develop and leverage “C” level relationships with prospective Customers.
Follow Equinix Culture, and Corporate Principles while maintaining a good relationship with colleagues, clients, partners and suppliers.
Attend tradeshows or conferences as needed.
What we’ll expect from you
Advanced English required.
Bachelor's degree required.
Positive sales professional with high energy and “Hunter” sales approach with history of achieving sales objectives.
Previous experience as hunter and business development to large/VIP enterprise
