• Closely observe a vast perimeter to include restricted waterways, rail entrances, access control points, entry control points and special security areas to prevent possible attempts at espionage, sabotage or unlawful intrusion.

Responsible for the total airworthiness of Aero Club aircraft. Plans, organizes and directs task as required. Assures task are completed within the require time frames and reviews the work of aircraft mechanics to ensure completion. Troubleshoots and determines when the nature and scope of repair can be handled personally or should involve other mechanics; and coordinates their work as necessary. Serves as the technical authority to advise on, examine, and approve all airframe, mechanical, electrical, and hydralic repairs to Aero Club aircraft. As necessary, grounds the aircraft when the severity of a malfunction warrants, and may be responsible for releasing the aircraft to service after repairs are completed.Performs aircraft inspections including pre-flight, post-flight, phase, and other scheduled and unscheduled inspections. This position is located at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Medical Supply Technician (Sterile Processing) provides sterilization, preparation, supply items and reusable medical equipment decontamination and distribution support for the medical center.

Duties:
-Receives contaminated critical and semi-critical Reusable Medical Equipment (RME) in the decontamination area and may receive noncritical equipment in the decontamination area as well.
-Disassembles the RME and determines the correct cleaning method, such as but not limited to ultrasonic cleaners, mechanical washers, cart washers and chemical cleaning/decontamination agents, as determined by manufacturer instructions.
-Inspects, assembles, and determines the correct method and packaging for sterilization such as but not limited to steam, Sterrad, Steris, and high level disinfecting scope reprocessors.
-Performs and documents daily operational checks and records for all sterilization equipment.
-Prepares operating room case carts daily utilizing surgery schedule.
-Removes soil, blood, tissue fragments, body fluids and other contaminants by wiping, soaking, rinsing and scrubbing.
-Inspects packages for indications of proper sterilization, assembles basic sets and trays used throughout the medical center including those used in the operating room.
-Operates equipment involved in sterilization processes.

Work Schedule: 2nd shift 3pm-1130pm with Holiday and Weekend rotation. • Schedules USAF base training events, students, instructors and resources.

This Coordination Center Officer position is located at Bob Hope Airport (BUR), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Duties include but are not limited to:

• Supporting security from functions and operations such as Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response (VIPR), Playbook, Screening Passengers by Observation Techniques (SPOT) operations, Transportation Security Specialist - Explosives (TSS-E) operations, Travel Document Check (TDC) operations, and other activities and applicable operations.
• Coordinating and tracking the readiness status and maintaining working relationships with other related entities throughout TSA, including Headquarters and other airport operations to ensure effective coordination and sharing of necessary information, as determined by the Federal Security Director (FSD).
• Reviews emergency call information (e.g., bomb threat, breach, applicable Transportation Security Operations Center (TSOC) incidents, etc.) and transferring information in accordance with local procedures.

Supervisory Medical Supply Technician duties includes but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for assisting the Chief, Sterile Processing Services (SPS), in oversight of all operational and administrative activities of the service.
• Responsible for the quality management system activities within Sterile Processing Services, to include training, competency assessment, development, and enforcement of standard operating procedures.
• Through subordinate supervisors provides technical and direct supervision to over 24 GS3/4 through GS8 Medical Supply Technicians.
• Manages, directs, and adapts work to accomplish program goals and objectives, and to meet new and changing program requirements.
• Serves as liaison between SPS and other departments.
• Assists Chief, SPS, in managing the SPS Equipment Inventory Listing (EIL) for equipment assigned to SPS such as sterilizers, washer/disinfector, ultrasonic, sealers through the nonexpendable property program for the assigned facility/system and requests replacement of all equipment under their purview as needed.
