Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Warehouse Customer Service for a global logistics company. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for individuals who excel in managing logistics operations, including warehousing, transport, and import/export activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse logistics operations, including shipping and receiving of goods, and manage clients' day-to-day operations. Supervise and develop staff, including creating and implementing staff programs. Monitor staff performance to ensure client needs are met effectively. Prepare performance reports on staff activities and outcomes. Address and resolve all client complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate with sub-contractors and warehouse staff on operational matters to ensure smooth logistics operations. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
· Minimum GCE “N” or equivalent
· 5 years experience in relevant industry
· Proven experience in warehouse logistics operations, and SAP
· Strong supervisory and team development skills.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Depending on daily workload, willing to work overtime as required.
