Job Purpose:

JOB SCOPE

As an Administrative, Finance, and Human Resources Intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of business operations and play a vital role in supporting our team in administrative tasks, financial analysis, and HR processes.

Job Roles and Responsibility

Payroll

1. Responsible for timely processing of payroll, ensure payroll records are accurate and complete.
2. Check, verify and manage leave application, medical claim and payroll staffs.
3. Process all documents, e.g. medical claim, leaves, OT, staff movement letters and etc are checked and process according in monthly payroll.
4. Ensure that employee salary and payment to statutory bodies are made on time.
5. Update HR reports and maintaining employees’ personal files,etc

Recruitment

1. To do job posting, e.g. Jobstore and etc.
2. To screen through applicants and profile out for interview arrangement.
3. To coordinate with New Hire for their particulars and supporting documents.

5. To conduct induction and office tour when new hire commences work and to send out email out to inform on new hire.

Training

1. Assist in coordinate with the Training Providers on the training documents for HRDC application.
2. Process documentation for HRDC application online and ensure to monitor it status.
3. Process documentation for HRDC claims online and monitors HRDF payment status to ensure that claim is granted.
4. Ensure all training details are recorded in training attendance list and training report.

Others
