A growing medical company is looking for a Head of Marketing to develop and promote their portfolio of devices within both direct and distributor markets globally. This is a hands on role, with responsibility for a small team of marketeers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Head of Marketing you will be,
•Developing and implementing global marketing plans.
•Managing a designated budget.
•Developing clear product strategies for each region/ market.

REQUIREMENTS

•A degree of CIM qualification within Marketing or a related discipline.
•Proven marketing experience at a senior level, within medical devices.
•Proven experience building KOL networks and working with associations/ regulatory bodies
•Ability to lead and influence teams, internal and external
•Ability to demonstrate excellent understanding of marketing processes and product life cycle
•A proactive approach to travel nationally and internationally c50% of the time and attend the Midlands based office as needed (a minimum of once per week)

To check each ward has the right mix of staff to care for the young people and that all 4 wards are staffed equally. Make any required changes to staffing ensuring each ward has an equal allocation of permanent/agency staff, skill/gender mix. Attempt to cover any shifts not covered by using the Matrix system. Each ward should report all incidents, seclusions, sickness, DNA’s to the Night Coordinator to be recorded on the Night report at the end of each shift. Prepare a Night Report detailed below which should be shared with Ward Managers, Matron and Hospital Director Visit each ward throughout the night to ensure observations are being carried out and all colleagues are alert. Completion of 24 hour reports and CQC notifications alongside other documentation as advised by on call management Handover to the Ward Managers/CTLs in the morning. I currently have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider in mental health, homelessness, and hostel accommodation as their new operations manager. This is a new role that will oversee the management of a 40 bed Supported Living Complex Mental Health and Rehab unit. You will also oversee the hospital discharge model that they have as well as the food parcel campaign and pathway programme.


Based in Birmingham City Centre, Monday to Friday Office based 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm. You will also oversee the On call but will very rarely be called to action.


You will also be responsible for the following;

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Management:
o Develop and implement strategic plans and operational objectives to drive the organisation`s mission and goals.
o Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategies for growth, sustainability, and community impact.
